The National Authority for Probity, Prevention and the Fight against Corruption (INPPLC) launched the “Probity Village” summer outreach programme on Wednesday, 29 July 2026, in Tangier. The nationwide initiative aims to raise children’s awareness of the importance of probity, responsibility and citizenship. Through educational and interactive activities held at holiday camps, the initiative seeks to promote a culture of prevention. 

The programme combines educational and recreational activities through an integrated approach. This includes interactive workshops, artistic and cultural activities and educational games designed according to modern pedagogical approaches adapted to the different age groups of participants. These activities aim to foster a spirit of participation, respect for the law, a sense of responsibility and positive behaviours in everyday life. 

The programme will cover several holiday camps in Jebha, El Hajeb, El Haouzia, Souiria and Sidi Kaouki. It will provide hundreds of children with the opportunity to take part in the awareness-raising programme and develop a practical understanding of the principles of probity through active participation. 

At the end of each stage, participating children will receive a “Probity Passport”, which they will complete progressively as they take part in the various activities. They will also be awarded a “Probity Ambassador” certificate and other educational materials in recognition of their engagement in the programme and to encourage them to put the values they have acquired into practice within their family and school environments. 

This initiative forms part of the Authority’s strategic approach to making education for probity one of the key pillars of corruption prevention. It is based on the conviction that building a society more firmly committed to respect for the law and a sense of responsibility begins with instilling civic and ethical values in younger generations. 

The programme is organised in partnership with the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication as part of the 2026 National Holiday Camps Programme. This partnership reflects complementary efforts to make holiday camps an ideal setting for citizenship education, alongside their educational and recreational purposes.
